1. Services Provided

Ethereal Picnics OK provides curated picnic experiences, event setups, and related services. All
bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

2. Bookings & Payments
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been
received. Bookings made within 72 hours of the event may incur a rush fee.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is not permitted unless due to inclement weather. In
case of bad weather, we will work with you to find a suitable new date. If rescheduling is not
possible, a credit may be issued for a future event, at our discretion.

 

4. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your guests and belongings during the picnic. Any lost or damaged items
will incur a replacement fee. Nothing from the picnic setup may be taken or kept unless it is explicitly
stated in writing that the item(s) are yours to keep. Please treat our items with care-we strive to
create a magical experience for every client.

 

5. Liability
Ethereal Picnics OK is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or lost items during the
event. You agree to use our services at your own risk.

 

6. Photos & Marketing
We reserve the right to take photos of your event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have

your event photographed, please inform us in writing prior to the event.

 

7. Use of Website
All content on our website is the property of Ethereal Picnics OK. You may not reproduce, copy, or
use any material without permission. Unauthorized use of the Site may give rise to a claim for
damages.

 

8. Changes to Terms
